MAKE IN INDIA! In-house precision compression and transfer molding. We use computer controlled presses to improve quality, repeat-ability, and reduce scrap. Rigid controls are established at all stages of production, combined with 100% inspection and a full time Quality Assurance Team to follow production from raw material to shipment, assuring consistent quality in your products. We work with a wide range of material including Viton , Silicon ,Nitrile , Neoprene , SBR ,Natural Rubber and Polyurethane .

RUBBER MOULDED PARTS

We offer in-house precision compression and transfer moulding, utilizing advanced computer-controlled presses to elevate quality standards, enhance process consistency, and significantly reduce material waste. Every stage of production is governed by rigorous controls, with a meticulous 100% inspection process overseen by a dedicated Quality Assurance Team. This team ensures seamless monitoring from raw material selection to final shipment, guaranteeing exceptional consistency and reliability in the products we deliver.

CUT GASKETS

CPI specializes in the production of customized gaskets, offering a wide range of sizes and thicknesses to meet diverse requirements. Designed with precision and exceptional quality, our CNC-cut gaskets are tailored to align with your exact specifications and ensure optimal functionality.

Our advanced CNC machines, capable of handling sheets up to 1.6 meters in width, facilitate the creation of large gaskets without the need for joining. With interchangeable tools, these machines demonstrate remarkable versatility, enabling us to process various materials, including soft, open-cell sponges and reinforced solid rubber. Utilizing CAD files or technical drawings, we deliver a flawless manufacturing process, ensuring uniformity and consistency in every gasket produced.

POLYURETHANE

CPI specializes in tailored polyurethane solutions, emphasizing both quality and customization.

By working closely with clients and leveraging premium materials, we offer innovative products such as static-resistant wheels or high abrasive machine part for various industrial needs.

We have a state of art mixing and degassing facility to ensure no air bubbles in cast polyurethane. Our large size oven gives us a leverage to produce small to large size parts ranging from 60 Shore A to 80 Shore D

PLASTICS

CPI utilizes advanced CNC flatbed router machine with a 1600mm x 2600mm x 150mm clearance, 3-axis precision machine on-site. We process all AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw files efficiently.

Machinable UHMWPE components are high-performance materials known for abrasion resistance, low friction, and impact strength, making them ideal for manufacturing and engineering. They are precision-machined into durable parts like bearings, conveyor guides, and wear strips, suitable for harsh environments. Favoured in industries like food processing and mining. CPI also offers machined components in engineering plastics such as Nylon, Teflon, Delrin, and PEEK.
